Kylie Kelce Says She Was ‘Terrified’ to Get Pregnant Again After Miscarriage
During a recent episode of her podcast, the 34-year-old detailed the anxious habits that trailed her through every pregnancy since, from obsessive Googling to a stark shift in the questions she asked herself.
Kylie Kelce is reflecting on one of the most difficult chapters of her life. The media personality recently opened up about the miscarriage she experienced before she went on to welcome four daughters with her husband, former football star Jason Kelce.

During this week's episode of her podcast, "Not Gonna Lie," Kelce answered a fan question about whether she was scared to try to get pregnant again after her loss. "Yes, Sarah. I was terrified," she admitted.
She explained that even after she conceived her eldest daughter, Wyatt, now 6, the anxiety didn't fade. "Even when we got pregnant, I then, every single week was looking up what are the chances that this pregnancy sticks?" Kelce recalled.
She continued, "And then once I got into my second trimester, towards the end of my second trimester, because I was still Googling at the beginning of my second trimester, like, 'What are the chances I get to meet this baby?' At the end of my second trimester, I flipped it."

"And I then asked the question, what are the chances that if I had the baby today that the baby could survive?" she said. Kelce admitted the mindset wasn't a healthy one, but noted it helped her cope at the time.
"I think that sits with you forever," she said of pregnancy loss. "I had those same feelings through the rest of my pregnancies. You experienced a loss and it's okay to have that grief sit with you. That is going to be something that might pop up when you least expect it."
Still, Kelce pointed to the outcome that made the struggle worthwhile. "But if I had not tried again, I would not have Wyatt. So I think that sometimes you have to go at the hard thing and try again."

Kelce and her husband now share four daughters: Wyatt, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 1. This isn't the first time the podcaster has spoken candidly about her miscarriage. She previously shared her story during an emotional episode in October 2025.
"It felt like everything went into slow motion," she said, describing the doctor's appointment where she first learned something was wrong. "And they could not find the baby on the doppler."
The Philadelphia native recalled that although the nurse offered a few possible explanations, she instinctively understood the truth. "I remember being like, 'Oh, there isn't a heartbeat. You didn't find one because there isn't one,'" she said.
"They estimated that the baby had stopped developing between, I believe it was nine and 10 weeks. Essentially, I had had what you would refer to as a missed miscarriage. It means that your body did not realize that the pregnancy was no longer viable," she continued.
Making the moment even harder, the loss occurred on Jason's birthday.
"I called my mom and told her that I couldn't tell Jason because it was his birthday, which seems very silly," she said. "It seems very silly because obviously I'm going to tell my husband what happened. And I did. And it was hard for both of us."
