Brittany Mahomes Reacts to Throwback Photo of Husband Patrick's Rookie Mohawk: 'Still Cute'

A credit union video sent the two longtime sweethearts through old photos, from their early dating days to prom to a recent charity gala. They teased each other, shared the stories behind each picture, and previewed the foundation event coming up in Kansas City.

Old photos have a way of bringing out the honesty, and Brittany and Patrick Mahomes found that out on camera in a video posted by CommunityAmerica Credit Union on October 23, 2026.

In the clip, the quarterback, who has been the credit union's lead ambassador since 2019, and his wife flipped through pictures from different stages of their relationship and joked about the fashion choices they made along the way.

Where It All Began

The first image went back to their teenage years, when the couple had just started dating. In the snap, Brittany wore a blue denim top and a black miniskirt, standing in front of Patrick, who had his arms wrapped around her.

He sported cropped hair and a yellow polo. The quarterback said the photo was taken at his house. Brittany then recalled her past love of glitter eyeshadow, and her husband confirmed it was a staple of her look.

The Family Portrait

A family portrait followed, showing the couple with their three children, Sterling Skye, Bronze, and Golden Raye, standing beside a leafy tree. Brittany gushed over their kids, saying, "My babies! Those are some cute kids, let me tell you."

Meanwhile, Patrick took the credit for the setting, explaining that Brittany had pictured trips to far-off locations while he suggested a spot with nice trees just down the street. That, he joked, made the photos his idea.

The Rookie Mohawk

Another snapshot was from Patrick's first season with the Kansas City Chiefs. It showed him in the team's red uniform with a messy mohawk. He explained that he hadn't found a barber in the city yet. Brittany held the phone up beside his face and delivered her verdict: "Still cute. Still cute."

Giving Back

Another photo was of the couple during the sixth annual 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Gala in October 2025, presented by CommunityAmerica Credit Union. Brittany wore a fitted metallic gray ruched gown with black pumps, and Patrick wore a dark suit with a red shirt.

"[CommunityAmerica Credit Union has] been with me since the beginning and I think that's what makes it so special; it goes beyond, like, a partnership. It's family at this point," Patrick shared.

The video arrived ahead of the seventh annual gala set for December 5, 2026. Patrick said it's rewarding to watch the city embrace the event, where people come together to raise money for kids and families.

The Prom Photo

Next was their prom picture, which brought the biggest laughs. Brittany wore a dark blue minidress with a red necklace and bracelet, while Patrick wore a white jacket and dark pants, with his shoelaces untied.

He groaned at the sight while his wife laughed and pointed out his shoes. Patrick defended them, saying they looked fine and he simply didn't want to tie them.
